I have always been an introvert.

Ever since I was a little girl, I preferred alone and quiet time. I was introspective, lost in myself and quite shy.

And this came as a hurdle in the profession I am in.

I remember my first day in coaching after my 12th. All members shared their experiences and opinions, which helped them in building a network of the class.

But, I forced myself to speak up. I had my moments of wanting to give up before even trying, thinking I just don’t fit in, but I just did.
Being an introvert does not mean you are less acceptable than others. It is important how you embrace yourself as an introvert.

We all have believed, since childhood, that people who are extroverts or better at bonding and networking are the best personality types. However, if thinking around our personalities can change, our lives as well in interesting ways.

Most of us need to resolve some of the personality and aspirational issues in our lives. I am still working on myself. Maybe you are doing it too. The only reason I told you this story is that I want you to know and believe that personality can change if you are willing to change it. Just push yourself out of your comfort zone, and the transformation will begin as soon as you step in.
